1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and joya9win (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the joya9win website or any of its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

joya9win reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. All changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

This Agreement is written in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail. The platform operates in English and is designed to serve adult players in Bangladesh who access the internet and gaming services in the English language.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by joya9win, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, and processing financial transactions, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible adults in Bangladesh who satisfy all of the conditions set out in this Agreement.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use false names, fictitious identities, or information belonging to any other person. joya9win reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information you provide at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

The following rules govern account registration and maintenance on joya9win:

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify joya9win support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised individual.
• Account details — including username, registered email, and payment methods — may only be updated by contacting our verified support channels with appropriate identification.
• Accounts registered using VPN services, proxy servers, or other anonymising technologies that misrepresent the player's true geographic location may be suspended pending investigation.
• joya9win reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

joya9win is an adult gaming platform. Access to, registration on, and use of all services provided by joya9win is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Misrepresenting your age in order to access joya9win is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, joya9win may require you to submit one or more of the following forms of identity documentation:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)
• Birth certificate (for supplementary verification purposes only)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address (dated within 90 days)

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. joya9win reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory identity and age verification is received and approved. We take underage access extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18, we will suspend the account and conduct a full investigation immediately.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all users of joya9win:

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntarily imposed through joya9win or externally.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) without prior written disclosure to joya9win compliance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

joya9win supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via a range of locally trusted payment methods. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure connections. joya9win does not store full payment credentials on its servers.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification tier. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmation.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on joya9win:

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing begins.
• joya9win reserves the right to request proof of payment source (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad transaction history) before approving a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may vary but joya9win targets completion within 24–48 hours of request approval.
• joya9win does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which joya9win accepts no liability.
• Any deposit identified as fraudulent, charged back, or reversed by the payment provider will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Any associated winnings will be voided.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

joya9win offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general rules, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

The Welcome Bonus offered to new players is a 200% match on the first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 in bonus credit. To qualify, your first deposit must meet the minimum stated threshold. The welcome bonus is available to new players only and may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device or IP address.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on joya9win:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake toward meeting the rollover requirement. Live casino, sports betting, and table games may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active on your account. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bet limit while bonus funds are in use may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• joya9win reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. They may only be converted to withdrawable funds upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet rollover requirements, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of joya9win, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and fair manner at all times. The following obligations are binding on all players as a condition of continued access to joya9win services.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and when contacting support.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with any other person.
• Use the platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic exploitation.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• Notify joya9win immediately if you become aware of any error, malfunction, or unusual activity affecting your account or any game outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on joya9win:

• Cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in money laundering or using joya9win for any financial crime, including structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially to exploit promotions, bonuses, or the platform's systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing joya9win staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of joya9win.
• Publishing, reproducing, or distributing any content from joya9win without prior written authorisation.

Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property made available through joya9win — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and brand assets — are the exclusive property of joya9win or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership rights, licence, or interest in any of the intellectual property associated with joya9win. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or transmit any content from joya9win without express prior written permission.
• You may not create derivative works based on any joya9win content or brand assets.
• Game content and software provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are governed by their own licensing agreements.
• The joya9win brand name, domain, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in any context without prior written authorisation from joya9win.

8 Limitation of Liability

joya9win provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably, accurately, and without interruption, we do not provide any warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, delays, or technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, joya9win and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, howsoever caused.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in game results, odds displayed, or account balances caused by software malfunctions or data feed failures from third-party providers.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the joya9win platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional terms.

In the event that a game malfunction, technical error, or human error results in an incorrect payout being credited to your account, joya9win reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount. You acknowledge that you have no legitimate claim to funds credited due to an error or system fault.

9 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the player's account at any time. You may request closure of your account by contacting our support team via live chat or at the email address provided on this website. Upon receiving a closure request, joya9win will process your request within a reasonable timeframe and will pay out any verified real-money balance remaining in your account, subject to standard KYC verification requirements and after deducting any outstanding bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements.

joya9win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period of receiving a verification request.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any point during account use.
• Engaging in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of this Agreement.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account closure or asset freezing.

In the event of a closure due to a material breach of these Terms, joya9win reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance. The forfeiture of funds in these circumstances is not subject to appeal unless new material evidence is presented to joya9win's compliance department in writing within 30 days of the closure notice.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of joya9win shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of commercial law, to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the nature of online gaming services.

joya9win is committed to resolving player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. If you believe that joya9win has acted in breach of these Terms or that a transaction or game outcome has been handled incorrectly, we encourage you to follow the following dispute resolution process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a formal complaint via the live chat system or by email to the support address provided on this website. Include your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.).
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: joya9win will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 calendar days of receipt.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to a senior compliance officer. This escalated review will be completed within a further 14 calendar days.
4. Step 4 — Final Decision: The decision issued following the escalated review represents joya9win's final position on the matter. This decision is binding on both parties unless overturned by a competent court of law.

joya9win respects the rights of all players to seek independent legal advice. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts your right to pursue a legal remedy through a competent court. However, we strongly encourage players to exhaust the internal dispute resolution process before initiating legal proceedings, as the majority of disputes can be resolved efficiently through direct communication with our support and compliance teams.
